Who We Are
This website is operated by Salisbury Central Masjid (also known as The Muslim Association of Salisbury), a community-based, independent and non-profit Islamic organisation located at 27 Wilton Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP2 7ED.

What Data We Collect and Why
Contact enquiries
If you contact us by email or telephone, we may retain your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry. This data is held only for as long as is necessary to resolve your query and is not shared with third parties.
Donations and Gift Aid
When you make a donation and complete a Gift Aid declaration, you will be asked to provide your name and home address. This information is required by HMRC in order for us to claim Gift Aid on your donation.
Important: Gift Aid declarations are processed and stored securely by our third-party provider, GiftAid Manager (giftaidmanager.com). Salisbury Central Masjid does not store your name or address on this website or on our own servers. Your data is held by GiftAid Manager in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to GiftAid Manager's privacy policy for full details of how they store and process your information.
Online card payments are processed securely via SumUp. We do not receive, store, or have access to your card details at any point. Please refer to SumUp's privacy policy for details.

Where we process personal data, we do so on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

- Legal obligation — retaining Gift Aid declarations as required by HMRC.
